Air FAQs

General

Give us a call and let us know at least 24 hours beforehand and we’ll move your booking to your next convenient date.

If your booking is at peak time, (weekends, bank holidays and school holidays) you will only be able to complete the remainder of your session. Off peak (term time Monday – Friday) we will try to move your booking at our discretion. We recommend visitors to arrive 20 minutes before your jump time to allow for a waiver check, safety video and changing times. Please be aware that during the football season the traffic at J6 of the M61 can build up, so please make allowance for this on match days.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen and so party bookings can be cancelled with at least 7 days notice. However, deposits are non-refundable. We will work with you to change your booking to another time that is more convenient for you.

We have plenty of lockers to store your belongings, free of charge.

Everyone jumping must have their own individual waiver. If you’re under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete it. A completed waiver is valid for 12 months. We recommend that you, your parent or legal guardian completes the waiver online prior to your visit, to save you time on arrival.

Yes absolutely. Our Mezzanine Cafe overlooks the whole of the trampoline area and serves a fantastic selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, paninis and cakes. You can also take advantage of our free wifi and phone charging facilities.

This may be possible at quieter times but please give us a call and check with the park staff first. Tag us @airvaultuk and we’ll promote your video too.

We strongly advise booking online to avoid disappointment, especially at peak times (weekends, bank holidays and school holidays). However, during off peak times there may be availability. We would still advise checking or booking online, as we have a capacity limit that cannot be exceeded.

Children must be 4 years or older to bounce on their own, under 4 years must be accompanied. For under 5s we recommend our AirTots sessions, which allow access to the whole park, See timetable for full details of when these sessions run. Children 13 years and under must be accompanied by a jumping or non-jumping adult on site at all times.

We recommend comfortable clothing to be worn. Gym clothing or fitness wear is ideal. We highly recommend a long sleeved top and no shorts to avoid friction burns on slides.Very loose clothing should be avoided and all jewellery removed before jumping.

Grip socks must be worn. Our specially designed socks must be worn for health, safety and hygiene reasons. The soles enable you to grip as you bounce to prevent slips or falls. The material also helps to prevent the spread of infection. Socks are priced at £2.20 and once purchased are yours to keep for any future visits.

The weight limit for jumpers is 18 stone.

You can use your phone anywhere except on the trampoline arena. This is to ensure the health and safety of you and other guests. Please take lots of photos or videos before or after your session and remember to tag us at @airvaultuk. #airvaultuk

No, our mezzanine café stocks a wide range of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, panini’s and cakes at very reasonable prices, so we kindly request that you don’t bring food or drink onto the premises. We are happy for you to bring water for fitness classes.
