We’ve all been there. Grimacing your way through a painful gym session. Pounding that treadmill, week in, week out and not seeing any results. Well not anymore. Once you’ve tried AirFit, you’ll never go back to boring gym sessions ever again. Getting fit should be fun, not glum!
Hosted by one of our top fitness instructors, you’ll be jumping for joy as you vault yourself fit. But don’t take our word for it. In a recent study, the scientists at NASA discovered that rebounding exercise burns up to 1000 calories an hour. Just 10 minutes on a trampoline is a more efficient cardiovascular workout than 30 minutes of running, making it 68% more effective.
It makes bones stronger and builds muscle mass. As the body interprets the acceleration and deceleration of bouncing on a trampoline as an increase in gravitational pull, muscles and bones gain strength, far beyond what is considered normal. It gets your lymphatic system working to remove poisons and toxins, helping prevent disease, maintain health and slow down aging.
But most importantly you’re going to love it. We’re putting the fun back into fitness.
AirFit is priced at £6 per class. For hygiene and safety reasons AirVault socks must be worn and are priced at £1.50. Once purchased, they’re yours to keep. You must also complete an online waiver form prior to your first AirFit class.
PowerVault (Boot Camp)
An Intense 45 minutes of cardiovascular interval training which combines a series of routines that range in intensity. A full body workout in an extremely sociable class environment. You will partner up with other attendees for a fun but challenging routine.
Back to the 90s
Relive some defining musical moments with Back to the 90s. You will love the step back in time to 90’s music during 45 minutes of cardiovascular interval training.This class is low impact on joints and suitable for beginners to intermediates. Great for strength and conditioning and will include some pilates
If you like variety then you’ll love this class. Fusing together intensities and intervals with variation that will shock your body into getting fitter and staying fit.
The cardio vascular training will help you burn more calories overall in this motivational and sociable class. This is an easier level lower intensity class.
A huge calorie burning class set to a mix of music from the noughties. Suitable for legs bums and tums and varied in structure. Suitable for beginners to intermediates..
