I’ve made a booking and am unable to attend. What should I do?
Give us a call and let us know at least 24 hours beforehand and we’ll move your booking to your next convenient date.
What if I’m late to my scheduled jump time?
If your booking is at peak time, (weekends, bank holidays and school holidays) you will only be able to complete the remainder of your session. Off peak (term time Monday – Friday) we will try to move your booking at our discretion. We recommend visitors to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your jump time to allow for a waiver check, safety video and changing times. Please be aware that during the football season the traffic at J6 of the M61 can build up, so please make allowance for this on match days.
I have made a party booking and need to change it. What should I do?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen and so party bookings can be cancelled with at least 7 days notice. However, deposits are non-refundable. We will work with you to change your booking to another time that is more convenient for you.
Where can I put my belongings when I jump?
We have plenty of lockers to store your belongings, free of charge.
Do all the jumpers in my group need to complete a waiver before jumping?
Everyone jumping must have his or her own individual waiver. If you’re under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete it. A completed waiver is valid for 12 months. We recommend that you, your parent or legal guardian completes the waiver online prior to your visit, to save you time on arrival.
Can I just turn up to jump?
We strongly advise booking online to avoid disappointment, especially at peak times (weekends, bank holidays and school holidays). However, during off peak times there may be availability. We would still advise checking or booking online, as we have a capacity limit that cannot be exceeded.
What is the minimum jumping age?
Children must be 4 years or older to bounce on their own, under 4 years must be accompanied. For under 5s we recommend our AirTots sessions, which allow access to the whole park, See timetable for full details of when these sessions run. Children 11 years and under must be accompanied by a jumping or non-jumping adult on site at all times.
What clothing should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing to be worn. Gym clothing or fitness wear is ideal. Very loose clothing should be avoided and all jewellery removed before jumping.
Do I need to buy your socks?
Trampolining grip socks must be worn. Our specially designed socks must be worn for health, safety and hygiene reasons. The soles enable you to grip as you bounce to prevent slips or falls. The material also helps to prevent the spread of infection. Socks are priced at £1.50 and once purchased are yours to keep for any future visits.
Have you any weight limits?
The weight limit for jumpers is 18 stone.
Am I able to just watch?
Yes absolutely. Our Mezzanine Cafe overlooks the whole of the trampoline area and serves a fantastic selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, paninis and cakes. You can also take advantage of our free wifi and phone charging facilities.
Can I use my mobile phone to take pictures or videos inside AirVault?
You can use your phone anywhere except on the trampoline arena. This is to ensure the health and safety of you and other guests. Please take lots of photos or videos before or after your session and remember to tag us at @airvaultuk. #airvaultuk
Can I use my GoPro or action cam?
This may be possible at quieter times but please give us a call and check with the park staff first. Tag us @airvaultuk and we’ll promote your video too.
Can I bring my own drinks?
No, our mezzanine café stocks a wide range of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, panini’s and cakes at very reasonable prices, so we kindly request that you don’t bring food or drink onto the premises. We are happy for you to bring water for fitness classes.
